There are new homes coming up on 580 east of 680 intersection. If the homes are less than 300K, may be buy and hold for years. Move in after 3 years when more families have moved in.
May be at Tracy - use it as vacation (@ Tracy - bad idea). Or rent it to folks who want to get away from the busy bay area.
